Process Management Professional Seminar 2010

Vialto Consulting, in cooperation with IIR Hungary held its Business Process Management Seminar on the 18th and 19th of May, 2010. The Seminar was primarily dedicated to mid-level leaders and experts dealing with business processes, process benchmarking, HR or process/organisation development.

The course, reflecting to the current tendencies in global economy, focused on enterprise restructuring and transformational processes. Particular attention was given to the famous and current tendencies of the process reengineering and change management methodologies. Methods were made more life-like in each block by real case studies taken from Magyar Telekom, Educational Authority and CIB Bank.

Process Management Professional Seminar 2010
(Budapest, 18-19 May 2010)

Process development and process management were the topics, approached from an innovative angle, presenting  the related Hungarian best practices through life-like, realistic cases at the Process Management Professional Seminar organised by Vialto Consulting in co-operation with IIR Hungary.

Banking Sector 2009
(Budapest, 24-25 November 2009)

The 2009 goal of the yearly Banking Sector conference was to give suggestions to the actors of the sector on how they should stable their positions under such turbulent circumstances, and how banks could and should support companies in such an instable economical situation. Our senior consultant, Mr. Lajos ÁDÁM, CMC, discussed the possibilities of the sector from the retail banking point of view.

CRM 2009 / Call Center Conference
(Budapest, 19 November 2009)

The subtitle of this year's CRM conference was "Customer relationship management during consolidation". The main questions of the event were how can CRM strategy be shaped to fit the changing environment, which areas are worth to invest in, which are the key questions of practical implementation? Our CRM expert colleague, Ms. Éva Számely was focusing on the return of CRM projects.

Tele.hu 2009 Interactive - digital - broadband communication

(Budapest, 6-7 October 2009)

The main message of the conference was that the elaboration of a strategy can form the bridge in the war between technologies and business. Our telecommunications and regulations expert, Mr. Gábor Frischmann presented different business models in order to enlight the path at this market ruled by regulations.

MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009

By the end of February 2010 Vialto demonstrated success- fully that we still operate according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard certificate earned among the first Hungarian companies in early spring 2009.

Social responsibility

According to the reassuring feedbacks of our Partners and Principals to our  caritative actions, we donated Fészek Egyesület in 2009 for the sake of providing professional education to  future foster parents. By this , app. 20-25 children can get to feel the lifelong happiness and security given by a family.

BBJ ranking

Vialto has been ranked at the fine 10th place in Budapest Business Journal's 2009 list of management consulting firms according to net revenues.

 Professional qualifications

CMC (Certified Management Consultant) title was awarded to several colleagues of us. Additionally, some of our colleagues participated and obtained the certificate of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foun- dation V3 training course.

Green Office

As an evidence of our environmental consciousness, we participated the competition for the 'Green Office' title last year also. Although we missed the first place, Vialto might also be a winner as we have come closer to our aim by the constant and environmentally friendly development of our office.
